REDEFINING COLLABORATION

Bridging Ventures is an impact collective that partners with non-profits, businesses, governments, creatives, and financial institutions to bring to life ambitious solutions for lasting impact.

Our collaboration framework

  • Articulate

Every ambitious solution starts with a question: what does success actually require? We work closely with our partners to sharpen their vision, define clear ownership, and build shared understanding of the problem before resources ever move.

  • Architect

With clarity established, we design the structures that make impact possible. That means aligning stakeholders on governance, shaping capital structures that fit the real needs of the project, and identifying the right partners to bring it to life.

  • Advance

Ideas don’t create change, execution does. We build coalitions and campaigns that move impact initiatives from concept to reality, breaking the barriers that keep promising pilots from proving themselves in the real world.

Work with us

COLLABORATION UNLEASHES LIMITLESS
POTENTIAL

We unite the right stakeholders to turn promising ideas into funded, well-structured projects. That means helping our clients design stronger solutions, attract the right capital, and put the right governance in place for the long term.

The world’s most complex challenges require unlikely alliances. Working alongside CEOs, heads of state, artists, and changemakers, we helped launch initiatives like The B Team, The Elders, ONE, Scotland’s Just Transition Commission, We Mean Business Coalition, Net-Zero Asset Owners Alliance, TBA21, and Columbia Climate School.

From ideas to a legacy of lasting impact

Data-driven insights, lived experience, and diverse perspectives shape our advisory approach to myriad challenges ranging from equitable access to clean energy and environmental regeneration, to global health and security—our support of initiatives like TED Countdown, Mo Ibrahim Foundation, and the International Anti-Corruption Convention demonstrates our cross-sectoral engagement.

We embrace long-term, holistic thinking

We were founded on the belief that short-term thinking often leads to band-aid solutions that create bigger challenges over time. Our approach is different—we tackle problems from multiple angles, moving beyond binary solutions and diving into details, always keeping our eye on the bigger picture.

Current Partnerships
  1. Blykalla

Clean, reliable, scalable baseload energy from 4th Generation advanced nuclear reactors.

Bridging Ventures and Blykalla are collaborating on strategic messaging and introductions to support the next chapter of Blykalla’s development journey.

  2. The Journey Fund

Incubated by Bridging Ventures and managed by EBG Investment Solutions, The Journey Fund is a global fund-of-funds investment platform for a just transition. The Journey Fund leverages decades of impact and sustainability investing experience to generate attractive returns and enhanced social, environmental, and economic outcomes in emerging and growth markets.

Emerging market (EM) climate investing remains structurally fragmented across capital pools, constraining scale. The Journey Fund is a fund-of-funds platform solution that aligns public, catalytic, and private capital under one vehicle. Capital is deployed to a portfolio consisting of proven climate investment specialists and high-potential local managers to capture the global energy transition in emerging and growth markets across the transition value chain. This structure supports necessary ecosystem infrastructure and capacity building for emerging market investments. Benefits include cross-portfolio knowledge sharing for investee readiness and risk mitigation, access to deal flow and local alpha expertise, and frameworks to establish ecosystem-wide operational playbooks.

  3. Global Recovery Collective

In every crisis, there are huge challenges, but there is also an opportunity—a pivotal period for people to reflect, listen, and explore ways of doing things differently or start afresh.

To make it happen, we’re creating an open, collaborative environment where we equip others with the tools they need to build a brighter future. Our work with the Global Recovery Collective involves doing everything we can to link leading climate, development, health, justice, and equality networks—new experimental partnerships can not only ask new questions, but they can offer new solutions.

  4. Count Us In

As founding partners of Count Us In, our pioneering work has one simple, yet ambitious, aim — to inspire one billion people over the next decade to take action against climate change and reduce their carbon pollution. As a result, we want the globe to reach the formidable target of cutting emissions by 50%.

We all know how important right now is in order to protect the planet and everyone around us, and our work helps people to make achievable, long-term changes. It includes the Stand Up: Take Action initiative, where we helped break a Guinness World Record for the largest number of people to take action on a single day across the world—273 million people.

World-renowned organisations including TED, Leaders Quest, IKEA, Arsenal FC, HSBC, FIFA, NHS, C40, BT, WWF, Natura & Co, and the International Olympic Committee are also vital partners helping us in our pursuit of change. Individually we can all make a huge difference, together we can change the world.
