Shivi Dwivedi

Shivi currently splits her time working as a Campaigns Associate with Bridging Ventures and as a member of the People Engagement team at the COP26 High Level Climate Champions office.

Shivi’s last role was with Leaders’ Quest (LQ), a social enterprise that helps leaders and companies align profit with purpose. At LQ, she helped build and deliver client programmes and Open Quests in China, India, Israel, Palestine, the US and UK. Shivi originally joined LQ to help grow the Leaders’ Quest Foundation and its grassroots leadership development programme in India. This role included nurturing the partnerships involved – an ideal fit with her development and business background.

Shivi is deeply passionate about driving sustainable and ethical change and holds a master’s in social entrepreneurship. She began her career studying finance, and worked as a risk consultant with a leading consultancy.

Along with being a struggling pianist, Shivi loves travelling, reading, watching sunsets on beaches, and animals. She dreams of opening an animal shelter with her husband one day!
